All goods sold are final sale, except if there’s manufacturing defects. Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receiving. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges should the goods that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by customer.

If you believe your product has a flaw, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. You have the right to reject the goods upon delivery at no cost or schedule for an exchange, except for clearance items. Our Customer Service will be in touch with you within 48 hours.

Note: All the measurements are made by hand, there may be 1-2cm deviations.

Product may vary slightly from images due to the use of natural wood colour and grain pattern, marble colour and stone pattern, different fabric batch, leather grains and etc. May due to the photoshoot screen settings and lighting conditions.

Order(s) that after 15 days from the order confirmation date are non-refundable.

ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, CUSTOMER(S) ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND IT IS NON- REFUNDABLE.

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Winho Furniture & Decoration will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation, except for the transaction fee charged by the credit card company which is non-refundable. We shall deduct an administrative fee of 2% from the payment amount in addition to the transaction fee charged by the credit card company.
